Helix Labs is committed to fast, reliable fulfillment. All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in the United States.
Orders totaling $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping via USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days). Orders totaling $175 or more qualify for free 2-day shipping via USPS Priority Mail Express (1–3 business days). Orders under $100 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier’s website.
We currently ship within the United States only. Some products may be restricted in certain states or jurisdictions. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are legal to possess in their state and local jurisdiction.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Helix Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipments due to address errors may incur additional shipping charges.
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no additional cost.
